Cake banana and coconut

Products:

• 200g of #FFFFDF flour or German wheat
• melted butter 60g
• 3 eggs
• 4 quite ripe bananas
• 5 syrup soup spoons of sisal plant
• 3 grated coconut soup spoons
• 1 sachet Levante powestermaria.comr

Preparation:

1. To crush bananas with syrup of sisal plant and coconut. To add the melted butter.
2. To beat 3 whole eggs in a salad bowl. To add the mixture to bananas.
3. To pour the flour and yeast and to mix well until obtaining a homogeneous consistency.
4. To make anneal with the furnace with 180° (HT. 6) during inutes.
