Compote apple and apricot

Receipt as from nths - Preparation: inutes - For approximately 2 shares

Attention to carry out this receipt, it is necessary to be caught the day before at the evening there!

► Products:

• 2 apples
• 3 dried apricots

► Preparation:

1. Day before, apricots by leaving them a whole night in a bowl filled with water.
2. The following day, to peel apples and to cut them of pieces. To make anneal with the vapor during approximately inutes.
3. When the apples are annealed, to mix them with apricots and a little water of steeping if need be. To mix well until obtaining a homogeneous consistency without pieces.
