OF ZUCCHINIS TO THE BASIL

Products for 4 people:

At the market:

  • zucchini g
  • Parmesan 60g
  • softened butter 50g

Products of grocer (available on www.estermaria.com):

  • 150g of small oat flakes
  • 50g of + 2 tablespoons for the cooking of zucchinis
  • basil (fresh so of season)
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the furnace with 180°C.
  2. Rinse zucchinis with water. Cut of them 4 in the direction of the then of small pieces.
  3. Make heat oil in a frying pan. Add zucchinis and let anneal during ten minutes. Salt and pepper moestermaria.comrately.
  4. In a salad bowl, pour the oat flakes, the Parmesan, butter cut of pieces and #FEFF71 oil. Mix end of the fingers well.
  5. In a dish going to the furnace, lay out zucchinis, strew with basil then recover mixture with the oat flakes.
  6. Let anneal with the furnace during approximately inutes.
